Sign in with Plex

One sign-in for the household hub. Managed Plex profiles cannot sign in directly — use your own free Plex account with access to the server.

We'll take you to Plex to approve this sign-in — there is nothing to type.

Issues are read-only here; Liam responds from Seerr's admin page.

Tell us what's happening

Pick the closest problem, add what you were watching or using if you can, and send it in. You can follow what happens under My cases below.

What were you watching or using? Which device were you using? Anything else that might help?

My cases

You have no cases yet.

My requests

You have not requested anything yet.

My access

The accounts the hub set up for you. A password is shown once each time you reveal it — copy it into the app, which then keeps you signed in on that device.

Your settings

Kindle email address The Send-to-Kindle address of your Kindle (Kindle Settings → Send-to-Kindle Email). Books sent there arrive as documents. Main reading device Used to pick the file format that suits your device. Preferred language

Admin sign-in — gatehand key

Present the designated gatehand key for this app. It is exchanged with gatehand and never stored here.

Gatehand key The one key gatehand minted for doorhand admin sign-in (its key_id is pinned in Settings).

Break-glass sign-in (fallback)

The local fallback password, for when gatehand is unreachable. Every use is audit-logged as break-glass.

Break-glass password

First run — set the break-glass password

No break-glass password exists yet. Set it once; it is the fallback if gatehand is ever unreachable.

New break-glass password (at least 10 characters)

The auto-pick policy: source-class gates, format order, the audiobook cap, and the admission allowlist. Fields are rendered from the policy the server returns.

Shelfmark URL Calibre-Web (CWA) URL Audiobookshelf URL Seerr URL Gatehand URL Plex server machine ID Plex Settings → your server → the machine identifier; admission admits accounts that can see this server. Designated admin key_id The one gatehand key whose assertions are accepted for admin sign-in. Designated admin scope

Public host On this host only the household surface answers; admin and machine routes return 404. Books alias host Self base URL Admission allowlist enabled Allowlist Plex IDs (comma-separated) Audiobook cap (bytes) Diagnose (help) module enabled Diagnose posture low_attention holds household-command fixes for review; diagnosis still runs. Diagnose ceiling How far guided checks may go: observe only, capture evidence directly, or guide the member through an action.

Custody cards for this app's own credentials. Values are never displayed; a stored value that no longer parses reads as present but unusable, with the reason.

Escape hatch: inspect one work's ranked releases and the ranking rationale, then file an override request for a specific release. Raw release lists live here — admin only — never on the household surface.

Commissioning state per household member: identity admitted, accounts provisioned, Seerr mapped, first request placed. A half-commissioned household is a visible state here, not a support question.

Household troubleshooting (the Diagnose module): cases, filed fixes awaiting a decision, the fix catalogue and its authorizations, guided-check coverage, knowledge packages, artefact retention, and the reopening counters.
